What’s your opinion about Praia do Norte, in Nazaré?
Probably the best place to catch big waves in Portugal, either tow-in or surf.
We know that you make part of an enthusiastic supporters group of tow-in and the Portuguese big waves. What's your opinion about this Nazaré's City Hall action, bringing Garrett McNamara to Portugal?
It's a very good initiative. I hope it goes well and that it encourages the development of this sport in Portugal.
If you had to give an advice to Garrett about how to face the big waves of Praia do Norte, what would it be?
I don't have much experience on this beach, but it seems to me that the way out without board is not easy because of the huge sand ramp there, mainly at the flood tide. However, it may be worse in surf, because you don't use life jacket.
